We are committed to delivering the services as described on our website. If we fail to deliver the ordered services within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7-14 days after payment confirmation), you may be eligible for a refund.
Due to the nature of our services, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes, such as increased earnings, sales, or other benefits that may result from increased social media presence.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of Service: If we completely fail to deliver the ordered services within 14 days of payment confirmation.
- Partial Delivery: If we deliver less than 70% of the ordered services within 14 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the undelivered services.
- Service Quality Issues: If there are significant and demonstrable quality issues with the delivered services that substantially devalue the service (e.g., followers that are removed by TikTok within 48 hours).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order details, including the order number, date of purchase, and the service purchased.
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant evidence or screenshots that support your claim.

4. Refund Limitations
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- After services have been successfully delivered as ordered.
- For any decrease in followers, likes, or engagement that occurs naturally over time after our services have been delivered.
- If your TikTok account is restricted, suspended, or deleted by TikTok after using our services.
- If you provided incorrect account information (e.g., wrong TikTok profile link).
- If you request a refund after 30 days from the date of purchase.
5. Refund Methods
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before service delivery begins. Once we have started processing your order, cancellations are at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee of up to 20% of the order value.
